Despite the madness and uncertainty of this entire year, there are so many things we can do to make ourselves feel a bit *literally microscopically* better. Some ideas are: prep healthy snacks for work (regardless of whether you are or aren’t WFH!!), set aside 30 minutes a day for being active, spend quality time with animals (does your neighbor have a dog? offer to take him for a walk), do some extra self-care (take a bath, spend 5 minutes dry-brushing, use a hair mask) and invest in the most comfortable pajamas + a reliable pair of slippers. Oh, and read a good book! ♥
